Yes, you can create new cardio workouts and high intensity interval trainings!
Go to the Training or Interval Training section, then
- - for Android, click on the bottom of the screen on "Customize your workout"
- - for iOS, click on the top right corner on the "+" sign
Give a name and a description to your workout. Return to the Training or Interval Training section,
your new workout should appear at the end of the workout list.
